This well-loved and well attended event on the clifftop site of Victoria Gardens, Broadstairs, offers traders a good opportunity to showcase and sell products to a faithful audience.

The Food Fair

Friday 30th Sept, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd Oct, 2022

Victoria Gardens and Promenade, Broadstairs. CT10 1QL

The emphasis will be on Kent produce with varied hot food and drink options, trading alongside other appropriate products such as confectionery, bakery, cheese, gift packs etc. Kent produce is our priority, so, in the main, we are seeking high quality trade stalls that use local ingredients or manufacture in the county though consideration will be given to applications from neighbouring counties. 80% of traders re-book which is testament to the event’s success.

We will be looking for -

• New ideas, new products - food innovation!
• Quality products from independent producers

• Applications should be sent by 30th May.
• Late applications may be considered for the Reserve List and placed on the database for future events.
• We are unlikely to book large catering units (6m), or multiple hot meat options.
• Applicants should be able to work with us regarding the reduction of plastic on site.
• We will look for:
  • Responsible use of recyclable packaging
  • No selling drinks in single use plastic bottles
  • Onsite drink providers willing to adopt the site-wide deposit-based serving ware policy.
