December 2020 -  What a year!

We have spent a deal of time planning a variety of options to bring  Broadstairs Food Festival to town but the continuation of measures required to combat the corona virus is making this incredibly difficult. 

The final hammer blow was the news that Kent was to be placed in High Alert / Tier 3 at the end of second lockdown for an indeterminate period of time making a difficult task impossible.

The bad news.  - the planned Spring event, Easter weekend,  has been cancelled.

It was not a decision taken lightly and, we suspect, we will miss it as much as you!

​

But - the good news!  We will have even more time to plan a bumper festival event - Oct 1st to 3rd 2021 with improved layout, an Art House and Story Telling area for families' improved provision for families - Gin House - Cider House - tasting workshops plus over 100 traders from in an around Kent.
